CHICKEN FRUIT SALAD 
3 c. cubed, cooked chicken or turkey
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. sliced, seedless green grapes
1/2 c. chopped pineapple
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
Mayonnaise to taste

In large bowl, combine all ingredients; cover and refrigerate. Serve on top of crisp lettuce. Serves 6.
