CHICKEN FRUIT SALAD 
4 c. cooked chicken breast, cubed
1 c. chopped celery
1 can water chestnuts
1 can mandarin oranges
1 lg. can chunk pineapple (reserve liquid)
1 c. seedless grapes
1 c. chow mein noodles
1/2 c. toasted almonds

Mix all of the above, except the noodles and add with the dressing just before serving.

DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. pineapple juice
1 tsp. or less curry powder
1 tbsp. soy sauce
