FRUITED CHICKEN SALAD 
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. cut up, cooked chicken
2 med. stalks celery, chopped
1 c. seedless green grapes or 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained

Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Toss with chicken and refrigerate. Stir in grapes, serve in lettuce cups if desired. 4 servings, 360 calories per serving.
