RICE PILAF 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green onions
1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced almonds
1 c. uncooked rice
1 (11 oz.) can beef bouillon
2 tsp. instant beef flavor
3/4 c. raisins; optional

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute celery, onions, and almonds in butter until onions are translucent. Stir in rice. Add bouillon and beef flavor. Pour into a casserole dish. Cover and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring halfway through baking time. Serves 4.
