JALAPENO CHICKEN 
3 skinless boneless chicken breasts
4 jalapenos (roughly chopped)
1 cup white wine
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
4 cloves garlic, minced

Clean out jalapenos according to desired heat level (the heat is in the white insides) and give them a rough chop. Combine wine, vinegar, jalapeno, and garlic to make marinade. Marinade chicken for 4-6 hours. Grill chicken to perfection.

Serve with salsa and brown rice, but may saute the marinade jalapenos and throw them on top instead of salsa.
