VIKI'S JALAPENO CHICKEN ROLL-UPS 
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Slices hickory-maple smoked bacon
Pickled jalapeno slices
Powdered chicken fajita seasoning
Woody's sweet and sour barbecue sauce

Place chicken breasts between waxed paper and pound with a mallet to flatten slightly. Season with fajita seasoning. Place jalapeno slices on chicken and roll up jelly-roll style. Wrap each roll with a slice of bacon and secure with toothpicks.
