COOKIES & CREAM PUDDING PIE | |
26 chocolate sandwich cookies 1 1/2 c. cold milk 1 c. (1/2 pt.) vanilla ice cream, softened 1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jello instant pudding, chocolate flavor Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed (for decorate if you wish Place cookies on bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate. Cookies should cover plate evenly. Pour 1 1/2 cups of cold milk into bowl. Add ice cream. Beat with wire whisk until well blended. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, about 2 minutes. Let pudding stand for 3 minutes. Pour pudding into cookie-lined pie plate. Put pie into refrigerator to chill until set, about 3 hours. To decorate, spoon whipped topping into zipper-style sandwich bag. Squeeze extra air out of bag; close tightly. Snip a small corner off bottom of bag with scissors. Squeeze bag gently to make design. Chill until serving time. Makes 8 servings. |
