HAM AND MACARONI SALAD 
1/2 lb. boiled or baked ham
1/2 c. diced yellow cheese
2 c. cooked elbow macaroni
1 c. celery, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. dill pickle, diced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. mustard
6 hard cooked eggs
3 tomatoes

Dice ham and cheese. Combine with macaroni, celery, onion and pickles. Mix mustard and mayonnaise. Stir into macaroni mixture and chill until ready to serve. Heap on lettuce leaves and garnish with sliced eggs and quartered tomatoes. Serves 6.
