BEEF BURGUNDY 
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. sirloin steak, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton's dry onion soup mix
1 sm. pkg. mushrooms (fresh), sliced
1 c. burgundy wine

Place meat in covered casserole dish. Cover with sliced mushrooms. Mix soups and wine together. Pour over meat and cover. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Serve over buttered noodles.
