BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/4 lbs. Sirloin steak
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. carton sour cream
2 tbsp. flour
1 can beef consomme'
(Adolph's tenderizer on round steak can be used instead of Sirloin steak)

Cut steak in strips, brown in butter with onion. Pour on consomme' and simmer about 1/2 hour. Add flour to sour cream and then blend with consomme' and meat. Let thicken and serve with rice or noodles. Serves 5 to 6.
