PAN GRILLED CHICKEN BREASTS 
Heat 1 tablespoon low fat butter in Teflon skillet. Prepare chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Grill on both sides until well browned. Sprinkle with parsley flakes and powdered chicken soup-gravy mix. Remove chicken - add 1 box frozen peas pods and 1 can mushroom stems and pieces with some of the liquid. Add chicken and steam for about 7 minutes with lid on skillet. Chicken is also good without pea pods and mushrooms - just add 2 tablespoons water to drippings and steam.
