RICE ON THE OUTDOOR GRILL 
1 1/3 c. rice
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 c. cold water
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter

Tear off a 3 foot length of 18" wide heavy foil. Fold in half to make a square. With your fist, form foil into a pouch. Add rice, undrained mushrooms, water, onion and seasonings. Stir carefully to mix well. Dot with butter. Fold foil to seal pouch tightly. Place on grill over hot coals and heat 15 to 18 minutes. Before serving, fluff rice with a fork. Makes 4 servings.

Cooked this on my gas grill with one change. My wife suggested putting it in an aluminum pie tin covered in tin foil. It worked great.
