KEY LIME BARS 
Bars:

1 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 stick butter

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8 x 8 inch pan. Mix 1 cup flour and confectioners sugar; add butter, and pat into pan.

Bake 15-20 minutes.

Filling:

2 eggs
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. lime juice

Beat eggs slightly and stir in 1 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons flour until blended. Add lime juice. Pour on warm crust.

Bake 20-25 minutes and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar.
