LEMON ANGEL BARS 
1 box angel food cake mix
1 c. angel flake coconut
1 (21 oz.) can lemon pie filling
3 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. lemon extract

Mix cake mix with coconut. Add pie filling and mix together. Pour in greased 13 x 15 inch jelly roll pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Beat together remaining ingredients and frost bars. Sprinkle with coconut if you like. I use more cream cheese then 8 ounce.
