TWICE BAKED POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes, cooked, then grated when cool
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. green onion, choppedpt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. crushed corn flakes

Mix 2 tablespoons melted butter with corn flakes and set aside. Heat 1/4 cup butter with soup; blend in sour cream, onions, cheese. Stir in potatoes. Place in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with topping of corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Can be frozen.
