ITALIAN COOKIES 
6 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
8 c. flour
8 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1/2 lb. butter
2 tsp. lemon extract
1 bottle (sm.) anise extract

FILLING:

1 lb. confectioners sugar
1 stick butter
Milk for consistency

Mix all ingredients. Make into small balls. Place on cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Make frosting. Mix all ingredients. Frost cookies.
