SPECIAL CORN CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients except cheese. Pour into a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with grated cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
