GRAHAM SPECIAL (CASSEROLE) 
1 fryer chicken, cut up
2 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushrooms
1 can water
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 med. onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped sweet bell pepper
Salt and pepper to taste

Salt and pepper chicken; roll in flour, fry in skillet until light brown. Cook rice, add cream of mushroom and cream of chicken to rice. Add water. Stir and mix well. Saute onions, pepper and celery in butter until transparent. Add to rice mixture. Pour half of rice in chicken on top of rice. Cover with remaining rice. Bake in 350 degree oven about 1 hour.
