SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. sweet sausage 1 c. chopped pepper 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 can mushroom soup (cream) 2 cans milk (soup-size can) 3/4 c. uncooked rice Brown sausage, add pepper and onions. Cook until soft. Add soup, milk and rice. Cook until boiling. Pour into greased casserole and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake for 10 minutes longer. |
