SPICY JELLIED SHRIMP SALAD 
2 small pkgs. lemon Jello
2 cups hot water
1 jar Heinz chili sauce
1 green pepper, finely chopped
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
2 small cans shrimp or equivalent amount of fresh or frozen cooked shrimp

Combine Jello and water; let cool. Add rest of ingredients and refrigerate until firm. Serve on crisp greens.
