ENCHILADAS 
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 sm onion
1 can refried beans
1 lg. block of cheddar cheese, grated
3 cans chili (with or without beans)

Chop onion into small pieces. Crumble hamburger meat and fry it with the onion. Spread refried beans, meat and cheese onto each tortilla. Roll it up. Place them in a glass baking dish. Cover them with the chili. Spread cheese on the top. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until warmed all the way through.
