SHAKE AND BAKE 
1 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. Crisco
1 tsp. oregano (optional)
1/2 tsp. red pepper (optional)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder (optional)

Mix all dry ingredients, then cut in shortening until it disappears. Refrigerate in tightly closed jar until ready to use. Use with chicken, pork chops, fish or hamburger. Dip in milk, then shake and bake.
