DINNER ROLLS 
1 egg
1/2 c. shortening
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. pouch yeast
2 1/2 c. lukewarm water
8 c. plain flour
2 tsp. salt

Mix all together. Cover and let rise overnight. Then make out and let rise a second time 2 1/2 or 3 hours before you are ready to serve them. Bake at 450 degrees until golden brown.
