CHUTNEY - CHEESE PATE | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 2 tsp. dry sherry 1/4 tsp. curry powder 1/8 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chutney 2 green onions with tops, finely chopped Combine first 5 ingredients; beat until smooth. Shape mixture into 1/2 inch thick circle. Chill until firm. Spread chutney over top and sprinkle with green onions. Serve pate with crackers. Yield: 1 cup. |
