DUCK PATE 
3 wild ducks
2 onions, chopped
1 rib of celery, chopped
2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. chili powder
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Salt, pepper, red pepper

Cover ducks with water; parboil until tender. Cool; strip meat from bones. Chop in food processor. Add rest of ingredients; mix well.
