OATMEAL PIE 
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. white corn syrup
1/2 c. regular oatmeal
1/2 c. coconut
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Put pecans on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
