PIGS IN THE BLANKET 
1 lg. head of cabbage
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 1/2 c. rice
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper
Caraway seeds

Put head of cabbage overnight in freezer, (wrapped in plastic). Take cabbage out of freezer, core cabbage, leaves should pull off easily. Combine the rest of the ingredients, and wrap in a cabbage leaf. Place in a steamer basket and steam for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until cooked thoroughly.
