12 lg. cabbage leaves 1 lb. hamburger 1 onion, chopped 2 eggs 1/2 c. milk 1 c. cracker crumbs Salt and pepper to taste Scald cabbage leaves until limp. Mix remaining ingredients. Form into small rolls and roll in the cabbage leaves. Fasten with toothpicks. Brown lightly, then steam in electric fry pan or Dutch oven about 40 minutes or until done. |
