1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1 lg. box instant chocolate pudding

Crush cookies, layer in bottom of baking dish. Save a few for the top. Mix pudding as directed; before it gets real thick; add cream cheese and Cool Whip. Pour pudding mixture over cookies. Add rest of cookies.
