SCALLOPED CHICKEN 
3 c. cooked and diced chicken
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 stick butter
1 med. onion, diced
2 eggs
1 (1 lb.) loaf white bread
Salt and pepper to taste

Put broth, soups, and butter in pan and heat. Stir so there will be no lumps. Cube bread in large mixing bowl. Add onion and chicken. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper and pour over bread mixture, add hot mixture and stir. Bake in well-greased 10x15 inch casserole at 350 degrees for 1 hour covered with foil. Remove foil last 15 minutes to brown.
