COCONUT CREAM CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 1/2 c. frozen coconut
Cool Whip
1 can sweet condensed milk
6 oz. cream coconut - 1/2 can
16 oz. can crushed pineapple and cherries, optional

Bake cake according to package. Add coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until done. Mix cream of coconut and milk together. After cake is cooled, punch holes throughout cake. Pour milk mixture over cake. Mix 1/2 cup coconut with enough Cool Whip to smooth over cake. Set in refrigerator.
