COCONUT SOUR CREAM CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1 sm. sour cream
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream of coconut
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can angel flake coconut

Mix first five ingredients with electric mixer. Bake in greased pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Blend powdered sugar with soft cream cheese. blend in milk and vanilla. Ice the cake and sprinkle coconut over iced cake.
