RED COCKTAIL SAUCE FOR MEATBALLS | |
Saute lightly until clear but not overdone: 1/3 c. onion, finely chopped 1/3 c. green pepper, finely chopped 1 can Campbell's tomato soup 2 tbsp. brown sugar 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. prepared mustard Blend and simmer before adding meatballs. (Ingredients are for a pound of meat with ample sauce!) |
