| CROCKPOT COCKTAIL MEATBALLS WITH SAUCE | |

2 lb. ham loaf 3 tbsp. milk 1 egg 2 slices bread (torn in bite-size pieces) Shape into mini meatballs and bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Flip meatballs over halfway through. SAUCE: 16 oz. can jellied cranberry sauce (Ocean Spray) 12 oz. jar chili sauce 1/4 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. mustard 1/2 c. pineapple chunks Melt cranberry sauce. Add rest of ingredients. Put meatballs in crock pot and pour sauce over, keep warm. | |

Such a simple recipe. Such wonderful flavor. I made two different meatball recipes for a party, among many other appetizers. This one was a hit! I used fresh pineapple frozen meatballs from Costco - everyone loved it.
