PINEAPPLE BREAD PUDDING 
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
5 slices bread
1 can crushed pineapple
5 eggs

Cream butter, add sugar, eggs and mix well with mixer. Break up bread (take crust off of two slices). Add bread and pineapple, drained. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes before baking. NOTE: To add color to your pudding, decorate center of pudding with crust. Add a cherry to center. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
