PINEAPPLE BREAD STUFFING 
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 med. can (15 oz.) pineapple, drained
5 slices white bread, cut into cubes

Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Stir in drained pineapple. Add bread to mixture. Stir. Bake, uncovered for 3/4 hour at 350 degrees.

VARIATION: Donna said this recipe can be doubled for 9"x13" pan.
