CHINESE BARBECUE 
1 (10 oz.) jar damson plum jelly
1/3 c. Karo dark corn syrup
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. chopped green onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. ground ginger
2 lbs. spareribs, cut into serving pieces

Heat first 6 ingredients. Pour over ribs. Cover, marinate. Place on rack in foil lined pan. Bake in 350 degree oven 1 hour, turning and basting with marinade. Serves 4.
