1 1/3 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix the sugar, butter and milk together in a pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the chocolate chips and vanilla to the mixture. Stir until the chocolate chips are melted. Frost the Hershey Brownies right away.
