FROSTED BROWNIES 
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Mix all ingredients. Bake in greased 15x10x1-inch pan. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 1/3 cups sugar
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. evaporated milk
1/2 cups chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients except chips and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat, add chips. Beat until full dissolved. Spread on brownies.
