2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In microwave melt butter. Add sugar and eggs. Mix. Add flour, vanilla and cocoa. Mix until blended. Grease and flour 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 x 1 inch cookie sheet. Pour mixture into cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

FROSTING:

2 sqs. semi-sweet chocolate
4 tbsp. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
4 tbsp. milk

In microwave melt chocolate and butter. Add powdered sugar and milk. Blend in pan. Spread on brownies while mixture is still warm.
