EASY PIE CRUST 
1 1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. oil
3 tbsp. water
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. sugar (optional)

Put all ingredients in a 1 gallon zip lock bag. Close bag but make sure all air is out. Knead dough in bag. Move dough ball to center of bag and start rolling it out with rolling pin. Be sure to turn it over several times during the rolling out process. When bag inside is covered to all edges, open top of bag and slice 2 sides open with sharp knife. Turn crust (attached to plastic bag) over onto pie plate. Gently pull bag away from crust. Makes 1 crust.
