QUICK AND EASY PIE CRUST 
9 or 10 inch pie pan

Put in pie pan:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar

Mix in cup with fork:

1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. milk

Pour liquid over flour; mix until no dry flour shows. Press with fingers and make edge. Prick well. Place pie pan and crust in plastic bag and put in freezer. Remove unbaked pie shell from freezer 10 minutes before filling. OR

If baked pie shell is needed, bake after pricking or may be frozen first. Thaw a few minutes. Be sure it is pricked. Then bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
