QUICK AND EASY PIE CRUST | |
2 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. sugar 1 c. shortening Mix well together. Then add 2 egg yolks plus enough milk to make 2/3 cup liquid. Chill overnight or at least one hour in refrigerator. This pie crust never gets tough and can be rolled out many times to any thickness desired. |
