EASY PIE CRUST FOR ONE CRUST PIE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. cold milk

Place flour in pie plate and make a well in the center. Add the remaining ingredients and mix with a fork until well mixed. Press with hands into 9 inch pie plate. Bake shell at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
