4 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. evaporated milk
24 big marshmallows
1 c. butter

Boil and stir for 5 minutes. Stir constantly. Add 1 tablespoon vanilla, 12 ounce chocolate chips, and 1 cup nuts. Stir to melt chips. Pour into buttered pans to cool.
