EASY FUDGE 
5 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. nuts
3 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme

In large heavy pot mix sugar, milk and salt. Add butter. Place over medium heat, stirring constantly. When mixture begins to boil, time 11 minutes. Stir constantly. Remove from heat. Add chocolate morsels, marshmallow creme and flavoring. Stir in thoroughly. Add nuts. Pour into buttered pans. I use 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 5/8 inch. Allow to cool thoroughly before cutting.

BEST fudge ever! I didn't stir after it boiled, clipped a candy thermometer on, it took 11 minutes, just as recipe said it would. I did stir constantly in the beginning. Whole family loved it!!
