EASY DO FUDGE | |
3 c. sugar 2/3 c. evaporated milk 3/4 c. butter 12 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips 1 1/2 c. marshmallow creme 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1/2 tsp. vanilla Combine milk, sugar and butter in heavy saucepan; heat to boiling. Stir constantly about 5 minutes over medium heat or until mixture reaches soft ball stage. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients; stir vigorously until well blended. Pour into greased 13"x9"x2" pan. Cool and cut into squares. Makes about 3 pounds of fudge. |
