2 c. sugar
2/3 c. Pet milk
12 lg. marshmallows (10 small = 1 large)
1 stick butter, melted

Mix above ingredients together in a pan. Bring mixture to a boil. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add:

1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour into 8 x 8 pan, buttered well. Cool and cut into bars. For peanut butter fudge, use peanut butter chips instead of chocolate.
