HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
1 c. toasted bread crumbs or croutons
2 c. diced chicken or turkey
1 1/2 c. sharp cheese
1/4 c. slivered salted almonds
2 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. grated onion

Mix well 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 3/4 cup mayonnaise. Pour over other ingredients. Mix. Place in casserole. Top with chips or croutons. bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
