HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
2 c. diced celery
1 c. croutons
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. toasted almonds
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (4 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients and half the cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until hot. Serves 6.
